Latest Ava photos

Here are a few photos that we took this week.  Ava just hit her 2 month mark and she's growing so much!  Rachel took her to the pediatrician on Wednesday and Ava weighed 10 pounds.  The doctor said she's doing great.  One thing we've noticed is that she's getting a lot more independent -- even a few weeks ago, she would do pretty much what we wanted but now she has a mind of her own and she lets us know if she isn't getting what she wants!  Sounds like a few other people in this house!

Jenny Interview with Ava

Followers of this blog know how much Jenny enjoys being interviewed.  This is an interview I took this weekend when Jenny was holding Ava.  They both look so beautiful and happy.

Video of Jenny Watching Music Video with Ava

Jenny has discovered music videos on the I-Pad and she loves finding her favorite ones and trying to copy the dance moves.  Here's a video I took yesterday of her watching one of her favorite videos ("This is my moment" by Rebecca Black).  Ava seemed to enjoy it as well.

More Ava Photos

It feels like a long time since the last post.  All is good but busy, especially with work since the holidays.  There are so many good photos to post I don't know where to start.  Most are of Jenny holding Ava.  There are also a few good ones of Jenny and her friend Chloe when Chloe came over to the house yesterday.  There's also a good one of cousin Jessica holding Ava (Elana and Jessica came over on Saturday for a little bit of Ava time).   So I'll just do an initial set now and then more later, plus some video of Jenny and Ava.  Then Ava and I are going t head out for a long walk in Georgetown.
